How to change the Used column for ABWKONTI structure in PT60

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to update USED column for ABWKONTI structure for the Quota type 09 for the specific month (i.e. 07 2013) .

Should i create a custom Operation as for this case UPDTQ is being used, As suggested by my Functional consultant.

As i see that the Operation UPDTQ is already modifying the Quota type 05 from program

SAPFP51T in include RPTBU200_OPUPDTQ . Please suggest as i am not aware on this case.
