How to change the relationship fields between table in query designer

I was trying to build a objectives dashboard and trying to pull how many objectives each user has and whats the weiht of total objectives. this was giving an error. After thinking through i had a doubt if relationship between objectives table and user information table is matching. Finally identified that the match is not happening. 
I wanted to know how to change the relationship field. Refer the attached image.

Hi, You've recently posted a few questions on a very simple dashboard (# of goals and weight). And you might have a tendency to overcomplicate this task due to lack of Story reporting knowledge. If you continue working with the Story reports it's better to invest more time in studies and either read the Guidebook or pass a certification/reporting learning path. In this case, start with Basic user information, link Goals (Left outer join if you want to see in the outcome aslo employees without goals, Inner join, if you need only empoloyees with goals). Use Objective ID to create a measure on Number of goals in the Designer and use Weight as a measure to add it to you table so it could be summarized.

Hello Olga, Thank you for info and I again tried the solution you gave. To be clear and if I am understanding correctly your suggestion. While building query I left user information as dimension. I set weight as Measure. I also set Objective Id as Dimension. Then went to designer mode, added table widget. added user information as dimension. selected cross tab and added weight(measure) as column dimension and this worked. Now added calculation and selected type Aggregation, gave a name for calculation. Under properties selected count dimension and selected aggregation dimension as Objective ID. With this new issue is anyone with null or no objective is showing s 1. I want it to show as 0. As this is NOT the solution I tried another option to convert objective Id as measure instead of dimension. I then went to table widget then add calculation. again use Agrregation, Count excl null measure objective ID. now it asks aggregation dimension here. I don't get obejctive ID as its measure if I select user Id or Business Unit the count is as 1 even for employees with 5 objectives. Also please stop asuming that i didn't go through training. i did go through story reporting administration training and job aids multiple times. the issue with training is they just teach simple things like 2+2 =4 but don't teach If (A+B/C*D) greater than equal to1 then count or sum etc.. or to get % of employees in business unit with atleast 1 objective kind of scenario.

If you start from the User entity, instead of the Goal entity the matching will be the expected one. Please see below:

Other option would be to add the two entities as two separate Data Sources (User = Data Source 1, Goals = Data Source 2) and use the Link Dimensions functionality to set up the connection:

@jacint Yes, this kind of helped. however don't you think we need an option to edit the relationship type and able to select what the connection is based on. This created a new problem as now it counts even employee without objective as 1
