How to change Internal Candidate to External Candidate after separation

Hi,

Once the employee separates, the Internal Candidate till then should be changed to External Candidate.

Is this a standard configuration? If yes, how can we accompolish this?

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the help. I checked this note. It says, "once the internals becomes externals, Recruiter has no way of contacting the candidate...". But my problem is "Internal Candidate is not changing to External Candidate on Separation"

Will this note serve my purpose?

do you run the program? hralsync? is it configured correctly? if not, the candidate will not change automatically
