Hi There,
I've got a question regarding time-confirmation in SAP Plant Maintenance. The company that I am working with has the following SAP modules running:
•Plant Maintenance
•Human Resources
We were trying to capture time confirmation record of contractors who work for us via outline agreement contracts. Upon completion of assigned work orders, they are supposed to file time-confirmation for the time spent to the work order for actual cost capturing. However, since external contractors do not have HR personnel number assigned, we are unable to relate the hour reported down to a specific contractor worker. Would like to know how others are doing in the same area. I understand that time confirmation may not require detail down to a personnel ID but work centre. However, we want that granularity such that the record is can be tracked. Any advice please. Thanks.
