We've recently upgraded to ONB 2.0. There are some optional tasks in our onboarding and offboarding programs that were not completed and it doesn't make sense to have a manager complete them now that they are a couple of months old. They still show up on the manager homepage.
How can we cancel or remove those individual, old tasks without canceling the entire program for those new hires and departing employees? We would like to make a regular process to clean up outdated and incomplete tasks. What would you recommend? Thanks!

Purge does not help in this case(Archival rule)? kindly refer below guide for more details
