How to calculate difference between two dates in sap time schema

Hi All,

Could you please help me with the below issue?

Vacation accrual amounts are calculated based on the vacation eligibility date indicated in IT0041. However, these amounts are generated every anniversary based on the employee's start date rather than the vacation eligibility date.

For example, if an employee's start date is June 16, 2019, and their vacation eligibility date is November 26, 2003, the expected result is that the vacation quota should be generated on the anniversary of November 26, 2020.

Currently, the system uses a time type to accumulate  days from the start date. In the above example, the system accumulates time from June 16, 2019, resulting in 365 days by June 16, 2020. At that point, the quota is generated, and the time type is reset to 1 to begin counting for the next year.

However, in this scenario, the time type should start accumulating from November 26, 2019. Could you please suggest how to achieve this in the Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR)?
