Hello everyone,
When we want to book a room in outlook, we send a mail to the e-mail address of the room and the room is automatically booked.
In the same way, Is it possible to book that room (with its e-mail adress) in the LMS when creating the session?

Currently, our LMS does not have a productized integration with Exchange/Outlook to support the scenario that you describe.
It is possible though to import the full list of rooms in the LMS, so they serve as references, are available resources when classes are scheduled, and are inserted in email/vCal notifications sent to the participant.
