Hi.
Has anyone got any insights into how their organisation is best spotting/validating rehires using Onboarding 2.0? Within the first stage rehire step the validation is checking on the name and isn't always reliable. Our organisation has considered asking for the candidate's UK National Insurance number (as a UK specific example) to be collected earlier in the process at the end of the recruitment process as part of a multi-stage application and that would then pass the NI number to Onboarding. However, this seams to be custom practice which we are not comfortable with.
How are other organisations managing this issue? Are you just contacting candidates to discuss with them instead of trying to make the system manage the issue?
Thanks
Paul
