Hi All,
We have a business rule which creates EC alerts when a fixed term employee reaches contract end date.
The problem is that the alerts doesn't automatically get deleted when the contract end date value is emptied (when employee becomes permanent).
What is the possible workaround? It seems that the Alert.Delete Old Pending Alert Flag works only if there is a new alert to insert (e.g. new Contract End Date is entered) but not if Contract End Date is removed.

Hi @gemmaaquiatan ,
A workaround for this is mentioned in the Unsupported Scenarios.
Additionally, Manage Alerts and Notifications can be used by an admin to manage this.
