How to automate move of incumbent in MDF talent pool ?

We have a talent flag in succession planning to identify emerging talent. We would want to move the employee to the corresponding MdF talent pool when being set.

we have discovered there is not api for MDF talent pool :

only possibility is to import csv file to update mdf talent pool.

did other customers automated these by rpa or is the scheduled import is the only solution available?

Hi pboulicaut,

You can use the talent search option, select the talent flag option, and get the search result (list of employees with talent flags). Move all those lists of users into the respective talent pool. This will be a manual activity that needs to be done on a regular time basis.
