Hi, I would like to explore setting up Job Codes (JC) (alternate Job Codes) in the SuccessFactors LMS. Consistent feedback from some Managers is that the sequence of completing training curriculums is critical for some of our users, i.e. for e.g., instead of having 30 curriculums assigned to a user in 1 JC, I would like to explore say, splitting this 30 curriculums into 3 JCs of 10 curriculums each – and for e.g. the colleague needs to complete the Stage 1 JC then Stage 2 JC is assigned, and when the Stage 2 JC is completed, Stage 3 JC is assigned.
A point to note is that users can join the company at any time (& thus their 1st Day are also different) so at any time there could be a # of users to be “managed”, thus it is preferred if we have some form of automation to help manage such staged JC assignments.
