How to auto create a job requisition when a position is vacated?

Is there a way to set up to auto-create a job requisition when a position is vacated due to a separation via EC? Is there anyone out in the community that knows how to configure this? We would love to be able to auto generate a job requisition when a position is vacated.

I have a similar question. Is it possible to trigger a requisition when the "To Be Hired"/Vacancy fields is changed to Yes. I see there's been no answer since August?? 😞
