How to auto asign an Account ID to a User in SF LMS?

How do we auto asign a Account ID to multipe Users in SuccessFactors Learning Management System?

We activated the registration Site in our LMS. IAS is activated already.

Now Users will register through Site (User will be created on LMS), transport to IAS and will be able to login.

Courses for those Users have costs. So they will need a account ID. We want all those Users to get the same account ID auto. assigned.

We already tried assignign the Account ID through Org or User Groups but you still need to check a box in the User Profile to enable them completley. This wont work for us.

Maybe someone knows a way to assign those users a account ID or a workaround?

Are you referring to the shopping account for external users? If so, you can set it up all automatically. Please take a look at this KBA for more details.
