How to apply the requisite HR SP's in 2019

Using SUM we have applied all the associated patches for our ECC EHP 7 system for the end of this year (604 E5.) In the past we have been supplied with transports for Phase II. This year appears to be different. There are 2 SNOTEs involved. Also, we used to apply service packs directly. Now we are forced to use SUM to apply E6, E7 and E8?

Is there somewhere that describes how we the notes and SP's and in what order?
