How to add user related travelcosts to a class?

Hi experts,

we want to add user related travelcosts to classes. 

For example: The class venue is outside of the origin destination of the user. So each user gets refunds for his travelcosts from our company. User A should receive € 50,-, User B schould receive € 20,-.

We created a costname

But now I have no idea where in the class I can add this costs per user. 
Doing the same with travelcosts for instructors is easy, because it's possible to add these costs to the cost summary.
