How to add the filters used on a report to the report output?

I need to make a report that includes the person's name or user id that is running the report, the title of the report and the filters/criteria used to run that report. 

Is this possible? If so, how would I do that?

@SarahAxtell, as it stands, the "PA_SCHEDULED_JOB" table would give you the admin/user ID and the report details (KBA 2326249). I wouldn't be able to comment about the report criteria/filters.
