How to add profile pictures to candidates, E-recruitment

Hi,

I need help on how I can add profile pictures for candidate profiles in e-recruitment system, we're running SAP EHP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0. I've looked up on the net a little bit, generally they talk about BAdI and enhancements but I couldn't find any document that explains the basics, in a simple manner.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello,

The standard e-Recruiting displays the photo of an employee which is saved in the HR (PA) - not directly in E-Recruiting. Function Module HRMSS_RFC_EP_READ_PHOTO_URI is called from E-Recruiting to get the photo to display if available. What you need to do is to store the photo in the PA and then if it is there it will automatically be displayed in E-Recruiting - with proper RFC authorizations of course. You can only look at a way to enhance if you do not want to use this standard functionality.

You can upload your pictures from the attachments tab in candidate profile and it will be displayed in the overview screen.
