how to access and pull data related to users and the trainings that have been defined for our External Learners (like customers, hospital staff, etc.) We were able to pull the list of users as all our External Learners have @ext added as a suffix in their user id. However, we cannot pull the information related to :
- What trainings are accessible to these learners?
- How are these users segregated in terms of access to courses?
- How can we see the count and can pull the list of Self Registration pages created for these External Organizations?
- Is there any Metadata/Settings at training level that can help us in identifying if a particular training was meant for External learners?
