How the Goals created under a goal plan can be included in performance review form ?

I have created certain goals under a goal Plan.

I need to see those goals under performance review form.

On the performance review, there is an option to Add a goal. But it does not give option to select a goal which we created initially in Goals module.

Please assist for the same.

Hey Nidhi,

Goals are integrated with the performance form by standard. The configuration of the Performance Form Goals section needs to include the following in order to have the goals already created appear on the form. You have the option to include the goals that have already been created automatically to the performance form OR manually add them as you have described in your question above.

In Manage Templates for the Performance Form in question, you will need to navigate to the Goals section of the form. Please ensure the goal form is linked using the drop down option in settings.

Next, you will want to select the option for "Show Add Existing Goal Button" this will allow you to add the goals you created on the goal plan to the performance form.

Additionally, under the Show advanced options... there is a button for "Synchronize goals from a goal plan and a review form" if you select this it will automatically add goals from the plan to the performance form when created on the goal template.
