Hi All,
I have a scenario, where in the candidate selection process the candidate CV/profile has to be validated by different persons such as Background Verification Team, Visa Team for passport validity, Technical resource Expert for skillset suitability, company doctor for medical fitness.
I understand a manager can see the requisitions, candidates and answer the Questionnaires in Requisition Monitor so the recruiter can forward directly the candidate CV/Questionnaire to him.
But how can the recruiter forward the candidate profile to each of the support team members.
They don't have MSS access as they are not managers.
1) In standard system normally how these Support team member have an access to requisitions ? Where can they go and edit requisitions with their comments ?
2) What roles should be assigned to these support team members to inherit the standard functionality ?
3) What provision I should give in the E-REC system for the support members to have an access to see those requisitions/candidates which are assigned to them, then pass their comments or attach relevant documents which recruiter may require to process the candidate for further recruitment process.
Looking for a design to address this requirement.

Request clarification before answering.
You can assign them as recruiters (to give them full acces). You can have one lead recruiter and multiple "other" recruiters assigned to the same requisition.
SAP also has the concept of Restricted Recruiters, or you could setup your own role (because your setup seems not too simple).

Thanks for the lovely point.
My scenario is very complex that 3 recruiters have to work on 1 requisition. That is in my process template I have 27 activities, and responsibility of each recrutier should share the activity list and execute 9 activities each to finish the recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
If I have to allow 3 recruiters to access and perform activities for one requisition, does your input will still suffice the need ?

Do you mean to say, imagine 3 recruiters + 7 support service members are required to cover 1 end to end recruitment process of the requisition for one candidate., should i assign 10 members as recruiters and off the 10 one as Lead recruiter. And all of them will have recruiter full access role ?
Is my understanding correct ?
