Union Pacific is using Rating object created for the employee profile under performance.
How was that object created and how can we make is dynamic
The purpose of the object was to show their performance ratings in an easy to digest format. There is information from SAP about how to set up dynamic performance ratings to populate based on a date range. Either this process wasn't followed, or it was set up statically and doesn't pull in new information as yearly ratings go out. How this was set up and where do we need to go to make it dynamic?
