How Prorata works in SF Compensation and their configurations

Hi Team,

Can anyone, please explain me how pro rata will work in SF Compensation and along with configuration/example how it will work.

We need to show them to customer tomorrow, please help here.

Variable Pay retrieves records for each employees from Employee Central based on Fiscal Year Dates defined in the VarPay template and then turns these records into percentages.
