Our business wants to have renewal items that remind employees when they need to undertake an accreditation/licence again. For example: First Aid and Licences.
How are you capturing this in the Learning Module of SuccessFactors? What setup worked best for you?

I've used Curricula Retraining to manage license renewals for several large organizations in Western Australia, including those in healthcare and the mining and resources sectors.
While it's not a perfect solution—particularly for licenses like the MSIC, which can have 2-, 3-, or 5-year renewal periods, or temporary High Risk Work Licenses (HRWL) that expire after just three months—we've adopted a consistent approach. We align all licenses to a 5-year renewal cycle by recording the start date accordingly and noting the actual expiry details in the Learning History Record.
I understand that enabling end dates for items would require a significant overhaul of the LMS functionality, but it would be a valuable enhancement for managing compliance more effectively.
