Hi team,
Could you please guide me on the correct process for the issue below?
My customer's IAS tenant is live, however the customer does not have the log-in details to access the IAS tenant.
Is the customer receiving the access to their IAS tenant via email, or do they access the IAS tenant via the Upgrade Center in SuccessFactors?

Hi,
I'd advise the customer to first go to the web address below, this will give an indication to 'who' the admin is at the moment:
https://iamtenants.accounts.cloud.sap
Once in, on the right click on the details and 'show' to see the current admins, these people can just request a password reset to gain access, or if they aren't around then the customer can raise a support ticket to SAP advising that the admin has left and requesting SAP to add them as an IPS/IAS administrator then gain access etc....
