We are reaching out to the community to see if we can get a better understanding of what other SF customers do for Sickness Cerrtification and if anyone out there uses Self-Service for this.
We have over 30000+ employees and self service sickness certification is currently only available to around 5000 of those in Management / Support roles, due to the complexity of the process. We're hoping to make this process a lot more straight forward and simple to be able to roll out Self Service to the whole company. However, to do this, we'd like to understand if it's possible? What others have experienced? And any feedback we can obtain to help manage this the best way possible.
Your help / feedback would be very much appreciated from one SF customer to another.
