We are unable to see preview of the standard form/letter templates on portal. We copied the standard forms to Z & completed all SPRO settings for correspondence. We have also Assigned Forms to Activity types. Still no luck.
Can anyone guide us.

Please check whether you are using a process template. This can restrict the number of letter templates that are shown in the create activity screen.
