We are trying to reduce the number of work schedules we build into EC. Do other companies build rotating work schedules in EC or use another system (such as Kronas) to schedule work patterns?
If other companies do build the patterns into EC, how do you manage rotating shift patterns? Do you build a work schedule for each shift, or stagger the start dates of each shift onto the rotating pattern?
