I work at Gainwell Technologies and while entering my time in CATS/SAP it started buffering and I was kicked out. I went back in and now it's locked, but it says it's locked with my username. This has happened to others but it will state locked by another user. I also tried to access it by clicking on Enter Times at the top screen, but is buffers with a message stating, 100% Read Repository. How do we unlock to go to our time sheets to enter the time when this happens? Thank you
