How do I turn off Learning access for all employees

We are leaving SF and I need to turn off Learning for all employees and Learning Admin except for the super admins. I have trying in my test environment and not getting the results I was hoping for.

Can one help me?

Good day Nancy,

You can achive that by removing the RBP "Access Learning" permission from the role(s) that is assigned to employees. They won't be able to access Learning at all.

You may achieve the same for users with Learning Administration by removing the RBP "Access Learning Administration" permission from the role(s) assigned to them.

You may need to maintain one RBP role and one RBP group for the super admins though so they still have the relevant "Access Learning Administration" permission in their RBP role.
