How do I trigger a chargeback for a Program in SuccessFactors Learning?

Hello,

We have launched SF Learning and have a smooth process for processing charges internally for Instructor Led courses. But we do not know how to trigger the chargeback with programs/curricula/eLearning items. Can someone share their best practices for recovering charges internally for programs and eLearning that carry a charge?

Hello Rebecca,

You cannot do a chargeback for programs, but you can define it for blended and instructor led items.

And apply it for Classes (formerly Offers).
