How do I recognize candidates who are coming into EC via Onboarding

We would like to understand how to identify candidates who have gone through Recruitment module / Onboarding into EC?

Is it possible to differentiate them from candidate who are going from recruitment directly into EC?

Manage data > OnboardingCandidateinfo you can see it from here

Also, you ll get them in Manage Pending hires and you can see which came from ONB it would be marked

More info on this request:

We would like to set up an automatic notification from EC, sent to new hires in order to get them to fill a quality survey related to their opinion on the recruitment services.

There will be different types of quality survey.

If sending it from EC we would like to be able to distinguish between employees that have come through recruitment/on-boarding system and employees that have not.

Unfortunately we don't know how to distinguish these employees. Can you investigate if possible to include a flag on employees who have gone through Recruitment and/or ONB?
