Hello,
I have moved to a new country and I'm trying to update my phone number on all my accounts.
When I go to my profile screen within SAP ( https://people.sap.com/ ), my phone number shows a little lock symbol indicating that I can not change it. How am I supposed to switch to my new phone number? the old one will be deactivated soon.
Request clarification before answering.
