I'm using SAP SuccessFactors and I want to make an ORD report that will give me the age of an employee with his age in years and months. For example today's date is 01/01/2023 and I have an employee that was born in 01/02/2000 his age will be 22.11

The problem here is the accuracy.
First you'll need a calculated column that provides the age indeed with decimals (you can ensure it won't be shown to the actual viewer)
Then you need a calculated column to round it down, to ensure you get 40 in this case for the years. Hereafter you need another calculated column to take the remainder in decimals and do that * 12 (and round up/down where desired). This is not 100% accurate, but its an option. If you want to go fully accurate, it will be a very long if then else statement to perform checks on how many months have passed.
