How do hide job applied section for certain users from candidate search

Hi RCM experts,

My client has two entity which are using same SF suite for RCM, EC, ONB..etc. The client has the requirement to hide the job applied section to certain users from candidate search function. Eg the users who has the candidate search function permission should not be able to see the job applied section in other entity candidates.

Does anyone has come across this requirement? or has any solution to meet the requirement?
