How can I create a popup window in the desktop assistant like Kristina showed in the video? See image

Is it possible to diplay a kind of news ticker?

I don't think that is possible is just a kind of push approach with those bubbles.

Hi Sabine,

well, you can change the content of that bubble regularly and that would be like a news ticker. It's not 100% live, but for mid-term changes like new releases or other news coming maybe weekly or monthly, it would work.

Hi Sabine,

within the Producer click first on the yellow + sign and say "Context Help" for Desktop Assistant (The orange symbol)

Then you just have to record the Application screen, where the popup should appear and in a second step you have to insert an Explanation Bubble which containing this Maintenance Text. This you can achieve by clicking on Record Object. See my attached screenshot for better illustration:

That's all, don't forget to regenerate your desktop assistant and make sure this Context Help is published and part of the structure.
