How can we hide the information from one inactive employee in SAP Successfactors? +

We have to comply with European GDPR.

If an inactive employee request to hide this information before the purge at 5 years, we have to hide the information for this inactive employee for all the users but keep the information in case for a legal situation.

Thank you for your question.

Some customers manage this requirement by implementing a new field, for example in Employment Details, which marks if the data should be hidden or not and later use it in the RBP, by excluding them in the target population criteria. This way, every time an employee requests to hide his/her data, the HR must mark the field as "yes" and it will already be excluded.
