How can we get a free admin account for Developer?

Hello Everyone,

I am a CTI application developer, I want to integrate my CTI application into CIC. For this, I need to create a widget in the CIC admin section.

But with a normal free account, I am not able to access those settings. Basically, this is my requirement you can check the below URL.

What should I do in order to be able to access these settings?
