How can I update Media Objects in SAP Enable Now?

I have a published a PPT as a Media Object in SAP Enable Now. I have shared the published link with client which was then circulated to learners. Now need to update the PPT to reflect the changes. I am not able to see any option to update the Media Objects when I edit it on Producer. Is there a way to update the media object so that its published link doesn't change?

Start Editing the Media Object, and then click on the Replace Media button - which looks like this:
