How can I remove the text in the budget box compensation

Hello,

I can't find a guide or this information in the community. Does anyone know how to remove the text in the Budget Box? It will be confusing for our planners to have this default text as not everyone in the worksheet is actually eligible for salary planning.

Hi karla.falconi

As far as I know, it cannot be done unless manipulating system translations.

You can try to see if you find it in Search for action > Text Replacement. If not, then only a certified consultant with provisioning access or SAP support would be able to do it through 3 Tier.

The change wouldn't be template specific, it would apply to all budget boxes across all compensation templates.

All the best

Thanks. Looks like it is not in Text Replacement.

Rather than removing the text altogether, I would suggest that you instead change it to include the word "eligible". The translations tag is "EXEC_COMP_BUDGET_WARNING". Change this in Manage Languages to something suitable for your client, as it cannot be removed completely.

I don't see it under Adm. tools. The only thing I found was Manage Form Label Translations, but can't find
""EXEC_COMP_BUDGET_WARNING"
