I have a client who is using Detailed Reporting to pull some recruiting/job requisition data; specifically, their cost centers (from the job requisition). Issue is that the Cost Center field is a concatenation of Cost Center Name and ID. Here's an example -
Australia Production (8500-4200)
They would like just "Australia Production" to show. I tried changing the Column Formatting to Value but it still shows the same. The Left function with calculated columns won't work as all the cost center names have a different number of characters. I also tried the Formatting area, but nothing seems to work there either. Has anyone run into this before, and if so, how did you solve for it? Is it even possible in this tool?
