Which account you are referring to ? there will be two things one is Provisioning and the other is Instance system
In provisioning, we will activate all the features which we require and whatever want to see it in the instance for configuration ready as per the client's requirement and you cannot directly login to the success factors system you should be associated with your company, and get the license to implement Success factors or else you can take any external known sources like your friends or any colleagues to see the UI you can see in youtube also
