How can I get Business goals payout percentage in variable pay from EC?

My client wants to map the business goal payout percentage from EC, is there a way to do it or do I have to make it custom?

I'm sorry, I am confused. Do they want the Business Goal Payout Percentage to come from EC into VP or for VP to publish it to EC?

If it is the first case, the only way would be to go through custom columns. I am assuming the client essentially wants to use VP to determine the prorated target and then use that for custom calculations. I would challenge them as this is barely a case for VP in general in that case. The strength of VP is not only in proration, but in how employees are in different plans and how those plans affect the potential mix of business goal achievement with individual achievement.

If it is the second case, then this is not possible.
