How can I forward copies of completed compensation forms when all users in route map are terminated?

In the past, our compensation administrators have released and completed compensation forms using their regular user that has admin permissions attached. We have recently found that since the compensation admin who released the form as well as all other approvers in the attached workflow are no longer active, we are unable to access the form and its audit/approval trail. Is there a way to send a copy of a completed form to a user if you have the form number without adding an additional routing step to the workflow?

This type of issues is one of the reasons why we recommend creating a user called Comp Admin in each environment and have real compensation administrators proxy on it to prepare the cycle. More on this here at the bottom).

Thank you for the video. Unfortunately all participants in the workflow are all terminated so there is no one active to proxy in as. We have a comp admin user set up (since we went live with comp in 2013) but never used it to release forms which was a big mistake. Lesson learned!
