How can I define a second consecutive non-work day

Hi Expert,

I have a question on how to retrieve a previous non-workday using the Time Record Filter tool.
My requirement is to calculate OT1.5 when an employee works on a none scheduled workday and OT2.0 when the employee works on a second consecutive none scheduled workday.

If it cannot be done via the Time Filter Record, please share other solution to this requirement.

Hello Mogboo,

I will check internally, however I don´t think that there is an automated solution. With time records filters this is not achievable.

Midterm we plan to be able to enhance the containers to count consecutive days (what you would need here), but this is currently not possible.

The easiest workaround is: If an employee works on the second consecutive off-day he needs to use a dedicated time type. Disadvantage: it cannot be checked if the employee used this time type correct, cause you can have validations that this time type is only recorded on non-working days, but not validate that this is used only on the second day. So, the approver would need to ensure the correctness of data.
