How can I add new posting text fields in SAP ERecruitment Job Postings tab?

Hi Experts,

I would like to know how should i add new posting text fields apart from the defaulted Company, Department, Project, Tasks, Requirements.

My customers requirement is

1) I need to remove few of the above posting texts fields

2) Need to add 5 new free text fields with few default values population.

I see the BADI 'HRRCF00_GET_DEFAULT_POST_TEXTS' is helpful only to populate default text in the above mentioned standard 5 free text fields.
