As we know before the acquisition Callidus used Oracle DB to run the applications.
Now the new customers are using different infrastructure with SAP HANA.
Do we have any program to support the migration of existing SPM Customers from Oracle to HANA.
Any details could be helpful.
Request clarification before answering.

To Migrate from Oracle to HANA for any sql queries, you can use this below blog for reference

Hi Satavisa,
yesterday we have been informed, that we have to connect with our account management team at SAP. They have to fill out an "intake form" which they discuss then with the "SWAT" team. I understood, that SAP is currently starting to create a queue of tenants/customers and decide then the order for migrations.
maybe you can check first KB article: 3350329 - Moving Callidus Solutions to SAP Commissions Frequently Asked Questions - SAP for Me
Kind regards, Georg

Hi again,
that blog i already found. But thanks for the link. That is then useful once having initiated the move from Oracle to Hana. I am two steps behind. We are running on Oracle and would like to know: how is the process to initiate the provisioning of a Hana-based SAP Salescloud-Tenant which we can then load with our to-be-migrated data and our functionality. Is there a process defined or contact persons? Maybe a plan from SAP site to move as much customers to Hana as possible?
kind regards, Georg
