We receive a lot of hourly referrals. We don't use the standard employee referral program in SuccessFactors because its rare for our hourly employees to log into SF, go to the careers site and send a job to a referral. Today an hourly employee is filling out a paper form to record the referral. We want to move away from the paper process and make it electronic. How are other manufacturing companies or companies with a large hourly population handling this process?
