Holiday on a non planned working day

Hi Experts,
How can I setup a time valuation to process hours on a public holiday that occurred on a day employees are not planned to work?
Requirement : Employees should be paid for all holidays even if they are not scheduled to work on the holiday.

Using the standard paid holiday time type group only generates hours for weeks which the employees are scheduled to work. But does not generate any hour for a non-work day holiday.

I have created a time valuation that filters the holidays, but I am not sure what the input time type group should be. I tried to use the recorded working time but it generates 0hr on non - work public holidays, since employees do not record hours on those days.

You should create new Time Valuations based in the "Filter Input Groups" Time Valuation Type, and use the result of an initial Time Valuation calculated to be used as the Input TTG for the next Time Valuation.ç

I mean you should create several Time Valuations

1. Separate the working hours for the PH and Non PH. -split PH and NPH based in the recorded working time 

2. To do so we need to record working time from the PH as well. I mean if employee is working some PH , that hours should be recorded in the system to be able to flag them and use them within Time valuations 

3. Use previous values to feed the consecutive Time Valuations

I can see in my DEMO, an scenario where several time valuations are created to split PH and Non PH

And afterwards another filter is applied to separate Sundays (but if we edit the "Time Record Filter" within the Time Valuation , I can also see several "Holidays Category Filter" for different days (previous, current, next) to filter TTG output based in TTG Inputs.
