Hiring Manager reflecting blank in recruiter interface

Hi Experts,

I have come across a very strange scenario. Manager has created a requisition but once same has landed in recruiter interface than Hiring Manager field is reflecting blank.

Due to this problem if we are making any change than system throws internal error & says Hiring Manager does not exist.

Could you please help me what is missing. Manager is existing in PA & his Sys User is also there.

An early response will be highly appreciated .

Hi Puneet,

Some questions:

- Manager did create requisition using SAP Standard Process (Interactive Form) or custom request?

- Manager Data model objects (CP, NA, US,...) do exist in E-Rec (check with cl_hrrcf_candidate->get)?

->Entries in table HRP5131 exist for particular NB object?

Hi Frank,

I checked Managers Candidate ID is reflecting inactive in HRP5102.

Is there any standard report available to make it active again as Managers Personnel number is active in PA.
