Hiring Manager not searchable in EREC System

Hi All,

when I try to do search on (F4 window) for Employee/Manager/Recruiter based on  first name and last name, manager id is not visible in the Requisition screen but if we give employee id directly and press enter, it is working fine.

I have checked in the backend TREX_EXT_SEARCH_DOCUMENTS function module is used to search the result. for recruiter, manager and employee it is not coming, but i have checked COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST program and gave search option as full name, there NA id is coming.

Please give us suggestion, why the manager is not visible in the requisition screen.

Hi Hemachandran

I moved this from ERP HCM to the E-Recruiting space but can you advise are you using SES?

You should find a solution to this in note 1466628 but please also consider behaviour regarding the F4 search help for hiring manager as per this wiki page;

Thanks for the suggestion. Problem is solved by scheduling COM_SE_DISPATCHER.
